Episodio 8 :Las secuelas

El mundo cayó en gran agitación tras la repentina desaparición de los gigantes. Acostumbrados a las reglas de los gigantes, los elfos, orcos, enanos y humanos se enfrentan a la dura realidad de valerse por sí mismos. Además de este nuevo y alarmante cambio, el mundo en que vivían se encontraba devastado con el golpe del Martillo de la Desesperanza. Muchos murieron durante los desastres provocados por Einhasad , y muchos más murieron en la consiguiente confusión y el caos. Las razas de la tierra suplicaron fervientemente a los dioses por la salvación, pero los dioses no respondieron .

Los primeros en tomar el control de la situación fueron los elfos, como fueron la raza responsable de la política durante la época de los gigantes. Los elfos tuvieron éxito en la unificación de las razas y continuaron con sus vidas. Pero a medida que pasaba el tiempo, se hizo evidente que los elfos no tenían las mismas capacidades para gobernar que los gigantes. Los primeros en oponerse a los elfos fueron los orcos.

"¿Son los elfos más fuertes que nosotros? ¡No! ¿Los elfos tienen derecho a gobernar sobre nosotros? ¡No! No podemos aceptar que los que son más débiles que nosotros se atrevan a estar por encima nuestro! "

La fuerza militar de los orcos era poderosa y, habiendo vivido siempre en paz, los elfos no eran rival para los orgullosos y valientes orcos. La mayoría de las tierras se convirtieron en territorio orco en un instante y los elfos fueron conducidos a una esquina del continente. Allí, los elfos buscaban ayuda de los enanos que, con su gran riqueza y armas superiores, tendría ninguna oportunidad contra los orcos.

"Raza de la tierra", gritaron los elfos: "Vengan en nuestra ayuda. Las violentas hordas de orcos nos persiguen con su enorme poderío. Vengan - . . Luchemos juntos."

Pero los enanos con frialdad se negaron a ayudar a los elfos. A sus ojos, el mundo se había vuelto a favor de los orcos. No había ninguna razón para que los pragmáticos enanos se pusieran del lado del bando debil. Los elfos se enfurecieron, pero no pudieron influir en su decisión.

Los elfos decidieron buscar la ayuda de la raza del viento - los arteias. Sus habilidades de reconocimiento y ataques aéreos serían ayuda suficiente para el triunfo de los elfos sobre los orcos. Una delegación de elfica viajó hasta los confines de la tierra para buscar la ayuda de los arteias.

"Raza del viento, ven en mi auxilio! Los orcos bárbaros nos están oprimiendo con su gran fuerza. Unámonos y les enseñamos su estupidez!"

Pero, como siempre, los arteias no estaban interesados en la política o las guerras de la tierra. Determinaron no tomar parte y se escondieron más profundo en las tierras interiores. Los elfos se desesperaron.

"Por desgracia, nadie nos va a ayudar! ¿Es este el final de nuestra especie? ¿Los inmundos orcos podrán hacerse cargo de las tierras y reclamar toda la gloria y la riqueza como suya? "

The military might of the orcs was powerful and, having lived only in peace, the elves were no match for the proud and fearless orcs. The majority of the land became orc territory in an instant and the elves were driven to a corner of the continent. There the elves sought aid from the dwarves who, with their great wealth and superior weapons, would stand a chance against the orcs.

"Race of the earth," the elves cried, "Come to our aid. The violent orc hordes persecute us with their sheer might. Come -- let us fight them together."

But the dwarves coldly refused to aid the elves. To their eyes, the world had turned in favor of the orcs. There was no reason for the pragmatic dwarves to side with the weak. The elves were enraged, but could not sway their decision.

The elves decided to seek help from the race of the wind - the arteias. Their reconnaissance skills and aerial attacks would be sufficient aid for the elves to triumph over the orcs. An elven delegation traveled to the ends of the earth to seek the help of the arteias.

"Race of the wind, come to our aid! The barbarian orcs are oppressing us with their sheer might. Let us join together and teach them their foolishness!"

But, as always, the arteias were not interested in the politics or wars of the earth. They determined to take neither side and hid themselves deeper in the inlands. The elves despaired.

"Alas, no one will aid us! Is this the end of our kind? Are the filthy orcs to take over the lands and claim every glory and wealth as their own?"
