Episodio 12 :La historia reescrita

Durante largas batallas contra los orcos y los elfos, los humanos comenzaron a acumular reinos primitivos. El grupo central estaba compuesto por el clan Athena y humanos diestros en la magia. Ellos protegieron de las amenazas sus numerosos reinos con su poder y de vez en cuando se involucraron en batallas grandes y pequeñas.

El orden se estableció rápidamente cuando el líder del clan Athena, Shuniman, unió las regiones actualmente conocidas como Aden y Elmore. Él llamó a este reino Elmoreden y se autonombró como emperador. La corona que antes estaba hecha con ramas de árboles y que portaban sus antepasados, se convirtió en una corona de oro con brillantes joyas que adornaban su frente. Se dio a conocer como una presencia casi igual a los Dioses en el saber de sus seguidores.

El emperador Shuniman estaba preocupado por que la limitación de vida de los seres humanos y el hecho de que Gran Kain, dios de la muerte y la destrucción, fue su creador le generaba a los seres humanos un complejo de inferioridad. Además, los cuentos que fueron creados a partir de los vestigios de las otras razas eran profundamente humillantes para los nuevos gobernantes de la tierra. Para su nuevo reino, se necesitaba un nuevo mito, una nueva historia que enobleciera a la raza humana.

Con el tiempo, y través de una reforma religiosa a gran escala, Shuniman hizo de Einhasad la diosa de los seres humanos en lugar de Gran Kain. Mito e historia se han cambiado y los que practicaban la magia negra, así como los seguidores de Gran Kain, fueron perseguidos. La reforma religiosa continuó por generaciones y finalmente, todos los seres humanos se hicieron creyentes de Einhasad, la diosa del bien era su creador y Gran Kain era simplemente el dios del mal. Al saber esto, Gran Kain simplemente rió en señal de aceptación.

"Incluso si no me sirven, no me molestaré. Pero, no importa si los humanos tontos, intentan cubrir el cielo con las manos - . ¿Es el cielo lo suficientemente pequeño, como para que alcancen a cubrirlo?"

They protected their numbers with their power, kept order through threats, and occasionally became involved in small and large battles.

Order was resolved quickly when the Athena leader, Shuniman, united the regions currently known as Aden and Elmore. He called his kingdom Elmoreden and enthroned himself as emperor. The tree branch crown adorning the brow of his ancestors became a gold crown with glittering jewels to set upon his brow. He became known as a presence nearly equal to the gods in the lore of his followers.

Emperor Shuniman worried over the life limitation of the humans. The fact that Gran Kain, god of death and destruction, was their creator gave the humans an inferiority complex. Additionally, the tales that they were created from the leftovers of other races was deeply humiliating to these new rulers of the land. For their new kingdom, they needed a new myth; a new history that would prove them noble beings.

Eventually, and through large-scale religious reform, Shuniman made Einhasad the goddess of humans instead of Gran Kain. Myth and history were changed and those practicing black magic, as well as the followers of Gran Kain, were persecuted. The religious reform continued for generations and eventually all humans believed that Einhasad, the goddess of good, was their creator and Gran Kain was simply the god of evil. When learning of this, Gran Kain laughed in acceptance.

"Even if they do not serve me, I will not be angered. But foolish humans, no matter how you try to cover the sky with your hands -- is the sky truly smaller than your grasp?"
